REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

 

1. Physical Merchandise (if applicable)

Returns

We accept returns on physical merchandise only if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original packaging


Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear


3. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults as defined by law.
